I got an email yesterday from Celebrity stating they have canceled all dining reservations in the Roof Top Grill on Feb, 11, 2024, please call us to change to another restaurant.  I called the number provided and was told they know nothing about this and my reservation is still showing as good.  They say they do not see that email to me from Celebrity.   I believe that somehow no one at Celebrity realized this is Super Bowl and they will probably need that area of the rooftop for large scree viewing.  I feel waitin until 2 weeks prior to cruise is a very short notice as ship is fully booked, and naturally every specialty dining venue has no openings.

    Has anyone else sailing on the Apex Feb.10 cruise received this email?  I spoke with two reps both said reservation is good replied to email from person who wrote it Trevor, no response.  Any ideas if this is real.

When we were on the Beyond in February we had made dining reservation for each of the four restaurants prior to boarding as was suggested.  When we went to dinner we were told you do hot need any reservation first come first serve. Eac night after we just showed up and we’re seated promptly.  Now we have booked Beyond again and just got an email telling us to make our reservations for each evening in any of the 4 dining rooms, have things changed again and reservations are required for specific dining  times?  We were told that no reservations would be the future policy on our February cruise. Do we make them or is this just another mistaken post by Celebrity.  Anyone onboard could you ask what the onboard policy is now and is it changing.

  3. We will be on the Summit in May and wanted to know if you can purchase the passes for the local bus and ferry's on board the ship? Is there a long line if we have to purchase them after we arrive?  Can you use a credit card or cash only?  I have read that the bus service is by coins only, what about the ferry service?  Thanks for the help with this.

Where is best place to sign in to make reservations for theater and comedy shows?  Can you do this from your phone, are there screens on each floor to do this?  What is the best place to do this from to avoid long lines?  I have read you can do this at a box office near Syd Normans but I would think there will be long lines.  Hope you can give me best way and where to get show reservations completed.   Your help will be appreciated.

I received a call from another Princess agent yesterday afternoon after I posted my concern about having to re book rather than upgrade.  She stated they had seen my post on CC and her supervisor asked her to call me, she said I could just upgrade the package for $35 per day per person.  That seems like a fair deal if you are interested.  I asked 2 additional questions , Do both guest in the same room get to participate in the prizes when door opens, she did not now If you pay for the upgrade both should be entered I would think.  I asked what are the free spins in the casino and are they unlimited, she did not kinow.  She said it was just the first day I know they told us about this 2 weeks ago, shouold have done better training in advance of kick off.  Well we are thinking of trying the premier just to try some better wines hope we dont get onboard and they tell us we dont have any due to supply chain problems, would not surprise me.

Just got off phone with Princess about possibly upgrading my existing plus package to the new Premier package pm my previously booked July  cruise on the Carribean Princess.  Agent said I would have to cancel my existing booking and rebook entire cruise to a premium package.  I asked can I pay the difference between what I paid for plus ($40 a day pp) to the premium price of $75 per day or 

    an additional $35 per day pp.  she said no it would cost me $1,000 additional to my existing cruise fare. I was in shock I said I can’t believe I could not buy up I was more than willing to pay the difference of plans, but losing my great price of cruise and plus package I have 1000 extra made no sense.   I would think they would want guests to try new package and offer it to those already booked at a fair upgrade pricing.. what are your thoughts, if I am wrong please explain why.

We will be in St Kitss on July 20, 2022 on the Caribbean Princess  and are looking for recommendations on tours while there.  We toured with Rosey's last time we were there but she and her husband ae on vacation that week she provided a great island tour.  Looking for a good tour company to use while there.  Island tour would be what we are looking for no zip lines we did that stuff when we were younger.  Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

When in port on the Summit  in Bermuda @ Naval Station dock which side is dock side view while in port?  Same question for Charleston while in port ?   Does ship always dock facing the same way every time in those ports, or is it Captains choice.   Wanted the land view while in port at the overnight stops.   Is there a better side for any other reasons.   Thanks in advance.

Wife and I will be on the 11/ 27 cruise we are looking forward to a great cruise have had 6 canceled since start of COVID.  We do not have to travel as we live in Fort Lauderdale , I wish all you traveling by air or car safe trips to The port.   See you onboard and good luck with your pre cruise testing

  10. When we got notice they were on the way 3 days after arrived via Fed X.  My wife ordered them off the app months prior , at that time we got and email our order has been received. They were the correct color of silver or gray as we are platinum.  Question on how to get them out of watch band when you snap them in they are really tight and click when in place wife wanted to see how they would look on lanyard but could not get them out of watchband, I am sure they will not fall out.

They arrived Fed X today for our November 27 Sky cruise.  Everything came just as my wife ordered, wristbands in blue and lanyards.  Names, date and ship name on the medallions.   The wrist or watch and style we paid for, lanyard were free.  We were concerned they may not make as they come from China per address on box.  Everything is good now for us app is working great now, COVID test set for day before cruise and Medallions in hand, only thing that could make this better is they lifted mask requirement on board, but not going to let mask requirements ruin a great cruise.   Hope your plans are coming together for your future cruises.
