I am VERY prone to motion sickness, even on a plane. A good friend advised me to take Bonine. I started taking it the evening before our flight, and continued the entire cruise. I also wore Sea Bands. Had no trouble I will do the same next year. No sleepiness or other side effects like you get from Dramamine or the patch

I use a lanyard. In fact bought a cruise critic lanyard for our next cruise. I don't like to carry a purse everywhere on the ship, and don't always have a pocket

My husband and I are doing the Denali pre cruise tour next May, and was also wondering how long the Tundra tour actually is, and are we responsible for snacks and drinks? Meals?? Glad to hear that they stop every 90 minutes!

Do they still do the Grand Buffet Brunch before the end of the cruise, or has that been stopped? Our last Alaska cruise was 3 years ago, and we heard they were going to stop doing them :-(

We just booked our second cruise using Marriott Vacation Club points. 11 day Alaska Cruise Tour we traded 3 weeks , and will probably not do it again, as it barely covered 1/2 the cost !! We did book with Celebrity, a veranda room. Got none of the perks that were offered, and no OBC . So excited to return to Alaska, but not a great deal as a Marriott Vacation Club owner. Uses way too many points!!!

Found out today we got Select Dining After reading all the replies, I am very happy ! Thanks again! One more question. I was told by our TA that Select Diners get seated on the second floor of the MDR. Is that true?

njy. The same thing just happened to us with the good better best deal. We were supposed to get the Classic drink package and $300 OBC. But it kicked up the price considerably if we accepted it, so our TA told us not to take it. I was so mad, false advertising perks are NOT FREE. Watch out!!
