We booked our cruise before the introduced the all included package.
Can you opt out of tips and if you do are any charges put on drinks, dining etc ?

We are due on a B2B in February, sailing on The Edge.
I'm worried because I have read, San Juan, Grand Cayman and Nassau will possibly be missed.
I'm worried that are cruise will just be 2 weeks at sea 🙄

Our first ever cruise was on the dream. One of the best weeks our lives.
We have sailed on her twice and it is the best two cruises we have been on.
We had the weather, the people we met and not forgetting the entertainment, shows and definitely the staff in all the bars, especially the Medusa lounge.
Mirko on our last cruise on the Dream and sakar on our first cruise.
Oh and don don our cabin steward.
Sorry to go on but we are so upset about this news.

We have just got through to TUI after many attempts. My wife is now talking to a lovely lady called Dawn.
She has told us our refund will be back in the bank within 28 days.
28 days !!! Never takes that long to take our money. We haven't received the promised credit refund email even though we should have traveled on the 16th April. At least we are getting it back.
A tip for everyone.
Ring 0203 4512868, press option 1 if you booked In a shop then option one again. This option is for payments but we got through straight away.
Hope everyone is well and hope this helps

It does worry me that she who must be obeyed will only want a balcony in the future. I feel lots of overtime needs to be done 😂

It is the first balcony we have booked die to the price. We normally go for outside. It was only another £100 each, so a good time to try it out 👍

Yes I got the drinks and tips. We looked at the 4th Feb 2021, two weeks on the Dream. It was £6300 for a balcony cabin with the premium all inclusive !!

We saw the offer on Cruise 1st for one week but we made it two weeks and friends wool be on their first ever cruise !!

Just received an email from them, offering a credit plus 20 percent. It's valid until October 2021 !!

We have booked another cruise for next year but with celebrity. Same price as Marella but on the Edge with a balcony cabin.
I don't think TUI have handled it well with regards to incentives and pricing of future cruises.

We should be on the plane to Oman at this very moment.
We still haven't had a phone call from TUI. I have now been on hold for over an hour, trying to get a refund. Has anyone else had a refund for this cruise ??

My wife called into the TUI shop today. They told her we would know more in ten days.
They couldn't give her any more information other than that.
Doesn't sound promising !!
