Flying this Saturday been told to try again on Friday

Tried calling Thoms cook a c few times to add extra baggage to our fly cruise

they have upgraded there system and can't book extra luggage at present.

its a shambles you would think a company as large as Thomas cook would test software upgrades before rolling out.

any body else having problems?

When we was on her in April you can't book you turn up and are given a pager to come back later. suggest you go early get a pager then go for a drink we tried three times to get in going at 8.00pm and couldn't get a table till after 9.30. which was to late

its down near bottom either Thomas Cook or Thompson with tel no and prices.

Remember you can't have more than 23g in one suitcase but you can take 3 cases.

We normally take an extra 10kg so have

2 cases about 22kg and 1 at no more than 12kg

but only one way as the weight is usually less on return and they don't weigh them.

To use the blue light card you have to ring them so can't use quidco as you need to book online.

we got %5 off with blue light card

We bought some last year and now P&O have changed the label its now like a band so doesn't fit the holders

there is a good bar in the main center on top floor overlooking the harbor you will be able to see it from the ship

we stayed on Aruba a couple of time sand used this bar it was good to sit and people watch

on 4 visits we were offered a buzzer/pager on 2 but still over an hour wait the other two they had no buzzers left so was told to come back in an hour for a buzzer this was about 8.00pm

No you can't we tried 4 times on recent cruise, and the wait was over 90 mins so we gave up

Hi Yes we was on the same cruise and the wife wasn't happy she only took three dresses as well it did say only 3 on the 12 night cruise

If any one is going from the Northwest down to Southampton this Sunday (19th April) advise to set off early as Liverpool FC are at Wembley as traffic could be busy

Looks like won't be long now before she leaves, as the life boats are all back on now

She docks at 23.30 on Friday.i am sure it took less than 24 hours to get to Hamburg so probably leave Thursday

We are sailing on her on 19th April straight after the refit so will post back

Only the £5 daily charge no extra at the bars. Its just gone up from £3.75 to £5.

Azura is going for refit next month so should be looking good

HI don't have to wait for luggage its taken straight to the ship

coach takes direct from plane.

HI flying out in a few weeks to Barbados to catch the ship.

soemone told its best to stay on the aircraft till last as they put last few passenger in smaller buses and taxis which end up getting to the ship before the big coaches as they can use the back streets.

Any body any thoughts on this.

We are booked on Thomas Cook to Caribbean on November cruise

I rang P&O but they said at present there was no other flight but put me on a list in case one comes up, as i believe Thompson use the dreamliner
