Does anyone know if they are doing the full train route Carcross Yukon to Skagway Alaska (or vice versa) when travelling between Whitehorse and Skagway in 2024 (or this year)? Or does the bus from Whitehorse take you to Fraser to board the train to Skagway?

If Air Canada offers a better connection on their website (at any cost), call Flight Ease and ask them to contact Air Canada on your behalf to get that better Air Canada offered flight at no additional cost. Airlines will typically allow a free change after a major schedule change and waive all fees and fare difference. If you have an Air Canada PNR, login to the Air Canada website and it might offer you alternate connections.

FlaMariner, you mentioned that your quote came from the HAL website, but I can't find any reference to Luggage Direct being available in Copenhagen, Denmark on HAL's website (or on the link to Luggage Direct). Everything I can find shows that the service is only available in Seattle and Miami, but would LOVE it if it was available in Copenhagen! Can you direct me to the page you cited? Thanks!

Yes, if you have an eticket number, your tickets have been paid for by HAL. Our travelling party also had airfare tickets purchased through FlightEase paid for by HAL without any intervention at the 30 day mark. We did not request Early Ticketing, and everything was processed as scheduled.
