Have gotten called once. Was very surprised. Carnival doesn't make any money off us. We are 4 women always in a interior room. Don't spend much money on board. Was given a great deal on a grand suit. She said she was only calling those with 4 adults to a room.Was just a week before the cruise. We took it and loved it.

I wear the sea bands and take ginger pills. I get motion sickness very easily and this helps me.

One of my favorite ships, love the serenity area with pool and waterfall.

I have been on the Liberty and the Sunshine. I loved both of them. I loved the Serenity area of the Sunshine because of the pool and waterfall. The Liberty's decor is great and does have a less crowded feel, but I would do either again in a heart beat. Thinking of trying the Valor in the Fall of 2015.

We just got called asking to upgrade to a Grand Suite from an interior. This is our fourth time on the elation. First time taking our three children. Is the Grand Suite tons better? I'm trying to convince my hubby!

The size of the Grand Suite on the Elation is Cabin 330 square ft. Balcony 70 square ft. An interior is 185 square ft.

I had a DOV on the Dream. It was a great room. You are gonna love it.

They have them at the Kroger I go to, I have already told my kids that this is what I want for Christmas. I have a cruise booked in Feb.

Sometimes I do, last time at Grand Cayman took a taxi to the beach. Last time at Cozumel went to Mr. Sancho's. I have never been to Jamaica.

On my last cruise we went to Belize and booked the zipline and water tubing through Carnival. We got a good deal with them. They were having some kind of special at the time.

At work, I'm literally walking distance from the Port of Baltimore and have never sailed from here. The prices for cruises out of Baltimore are more expensive than flying to Miami and sailing from POM. I wish the prices were better and the itineraries better here at home. I do like the new ones they released for 2016.

 

I too dream of retiring to Florida and cruising all the time. It's a nice dream.

Me too, I talk about moving there all the time just so I can cruise more often!

We want to go to Grand Turk. There are severaal ships to chose from and I have narrowed it down to four. Which would be your favorite ship out of these choices?

The Sunshine out of Port Canaveral, the Conquest out of Fort Lauderdale,the Breeze out of Miami or the Glory out of Miami?

Was there last February. Loved it, services was great. We tipped our waiter at the end, he shares with Bartender and lady attendant in bathroom. There was 4 of us and we all loved it, service was very fast. We will be going there again on our next trip to Cozumel.

Was on a cruise late July(Liberty), my room was a little cold, but my son was on a floor above me and his room was hot the whole time. I told him I would switch rooms but he wouldn't do it. Carnival tried to fix it, but he was still hot and they gave him some obc.

We preferred LSC because there was a great deal more shade. I didn't need to rent the clam shell and many who rented the umbrellas, never used them.

I recently was a HMC and didn't like the fact there was no shade and they didn't rent umbrellas only the clam shells which I do not care for because they block the wind. But the beach was very nice. I would like to try LSC. Sounds like I might like it better.

Was on the Liberty late July. Was great, was not to small and not to big.

I loved the Adult Aft pool. I would get up and take a swim every morning.

I can't figure out where the bathrooms are?

 

We are five adults. Do you think that will be to crowded?

When we booked ours it was for 5 Adult women. One of them had to cancel so there was 4 of us. We did fine with the 4, we usually book an Interior with 4, so we would have been fine with 5. We are all good friends and it is like a slumber party.

I have been in a Deluxe Ocean View room also. They are great.

Just returned from a cruise on the Liberty and loved the adult only pool in the aft.

If you set up a cash account, you can put money in at a kiosk. I do it every time and it takes no more than 5 minutes the first time because you set up a PIN for your account. After that maybe 2 min at the max. Just thought I would let you know in case you wanted to go that route.

Is this available on all ships?

The 1st time we had FTTF, on the Dream, our room was not ready, they had not even started cleaning it yet. But we didn't care, we were told we could still leave our stuff, which we did, our suitcases were there so we changed into our swimsuits and headed to the pool. We weren't planning on staying in the room anyway. Just happy to drop our stuff off. When we came back later all was clean.

When we were on the Sunshine. One ladies suitcase did not arrive till late. About 7. She complained about it and they refunded the price of FTTF.

I have gotten it twice, once on the Sunshine and once on the Dream. I would get it again if I were on the Dream. So big and so many people, it helps to be able to get ahead in lines faster.

Really didn't need it on the Sunshine.

I always travel with 3 of my friends. We book together in the same cabin and split the cost. So only $10 for me. If I had to pay the full $50 myself, would not get it.

I have not been on any other cruise lines. I started with Carnival for the price. I have been on 6 cruises. I have booked interior rooms on 4. A deluxe ocean view on the Dream and a Grand Suite on the Sunshine. I have liked all my rooms and have always had great service. The Sunshine is my favorite.

I keep going back to Carnival because I always have so much fun. I know what to expect and Carnival always delivers for me. You can dress up or down, do lots of stuff or do nothing. Love it.

I bought it last Sept. when I was on the Dream. Loved it. I booked a last minute cruise in mid January leaving on Feb. 16 on the sunshine. Thought there would be noway of getting it this late. A few came up 2 days ago and i got it. So very happy!!

If we have FTTF, room first to drop stuff off. Then to the water, pool or slides and have lots of fun before it gets crowded. Last cruise we went to the aft pool on the dream, had a bottle of wine brought to us in a ice bucket while swimming in the pool, just 3 of us swimming around with our nice glass of wine, it was so relaxing we loved it.
