Has anyone had to use pic's of it as the document?

I have set 2 reminders to pack the passport.

A nice private B-day dinner in 8088 cabin leaving behind a great day of fun in Cozumel. I had a great time, and gelled in with some nice folks. It will be interesting, because I am doing Oasis this year for my B-day!

I have not been on Oasis, but going down to Indy, Liberty or Adventure should be awesome; unless you zip line the whole cruise. I liked the diamond club on Adventure, because it had an inside & out. Nothing beats that corner aft wrapped balcony on Vision for not a Kings ransom, sailing away from Cozumel with an awesome sun setting having birthday dinner of Prime Rib and Lobster. I had a great time, but Brillance is my favorite, Adventure is a close second.

I did this in December. Took Cortrans shuttle Saturday morning the day before my cruise and they dropped me off at the Best Western hotel in Cocoa Beach.

I'm pretty sure they do drop off at all PC/Cocoa Beach area hotels. They stop at the port first to let those passengers off first, and then on to the hotels. Very easy.

Their latest run to PC is 12:30pm from MCO.

 

Also check out First Choice Shuttle if you want later departure times to PC. They have 12:30, 1:30, 3:30, 5:30 and 7:30pm shuttles from MCO to PC and drop off at all PC area hotels. I never tried them, but liked what I saw on their website.

I am coming in on a 3:30pm flight 2 days before the cruise, but no transfers to PC after 3pm, I am going to spend a night in Orlando and then head to PC the next morning, so has anyone used a shuttle service the day before the cruise, and then caught a taxi or something to the hotel? Might any of the services do hotel drops after the port drops especially maybe on there last PC run of the day?

I am sorry to hear your Mom had this issue. As I am making my 1st trip with my new hip. Is there a medical card to apply for?

I am writing my surgeon to at least to do a letter.

I need to re look at TSA, but thankfully I am TSA Pre, so that should help a tad.

Should I have a photograph of the letter on my phone, because have people had issues returning to the ship from excursions, and having issues?

I need to let special needs know about a few things, but also are they still waiving delivery charge on RS if you can prove a handicap issue.

Other thought you must me staying somewhere the night before, so mail a box of your clothing to that address. Take a carry on bag on good wheels and between the two you have a light amount of clothing. Usually Airport have stations to mail stuff back home. This route comes with fees, but so don't most airlines.

I thought someone had coded a fake log-in page.

Just about all of low level staff are contractors. That is why a version of sandbox should be used to play and find the damm bugs before releasing the site live. These are pretty basic kindergarten coding issues that are not done correctly. Not installing links, or page size wrong to get it to load.

It is not working in chrome, puffin, and more.

Haven't tried the App.

Actually I have sailed on the Norway, so I have. This is again harsh that people have to deal with 36 hours of 30+ waves, but, for all of you that luv it good for you. I wish all of you the 2+ hours I hope those Azipods still work.

Bridge cam hope they can see.

This isn't about how much you have cruised it is about these companies and continuing their greed of keeping these runs alive. They skipped a day to make it back to NYC on time in the middle of a Bombogenis storm. Hope all 3 Azipods hold for the next 7 hours, if they start failing this vessel has no steering capability in 35 to 40' seas. Wishing them all an uneventful last hours ride back to NYC!

This reminds me why I will never do a Trans Atlantic run or as Scott Styles said " I wished it had happened in July"

If anyone remembers, O and A just went through there dry docks, and RCI couldn't mention or do, because H was the new child with the 2 slides. They wanted to introduce Abyss! Why didn't they do it then. I bet they couldn't!

Looks like it would take a lot to add the structure needed. See the two vertical pillars? I would assume there would also need to be support under the two pillars as well.

 

Also, is the merry-go-round more towards the aft on Oasis and Allure than it is on Harmony? If so, would that interfere with space for the Abyss?

I think that all to be added are not obtainable on O and A, and they built H, S and ? to have the additions were now obtainable. I hope I am right on this guess, they can have the Storm. O &A have had a lot of already upper changes, but there are more areas to add more cabins and such to help H, S,? to add those spaces, but yet even A is different then O, and they don't match the newer sis! Who knew!

I was supposed to be on Anthem labor day 2 years ago and Matthew happened. Just know you could be in for a pretty rough 20hr ride. Coming out from the people onboard of they had a rocking rolling 20hr trip down on Anthem. There is no where to run and hide on that route, not like a Caribbean route that can change from East to West or the other way. I highly recommend for a first trip do a Caribbean trip. JMO

There’s only about 200 BW cabins in total and ruining the view certainly wouldn’t affect all of those. Compare that small number to the overall number of cabins on the ship (2500+) that might find the slides to be a benefit and it’s pretty easy to see which way Royal will lean.

 

I’m actually surprised that those that feel that strongly about the view aren’t booking Oceanview cabins.

Because the OV are much more expensive and when you can get an end BW balcony on Oasis is priceless, and I had an end BW on Harmony to bag it for the end of O to get that ocean view at a lot less I jumped at it. I didn't want that station and slide crap in my view. As I have stated leave the older sis alone.

I travel as solo, and since I have to pay these rates my normal well paid amounts for specific people may just go through the floor, and no real extra at bars on daily basis will stop, and this will be my stand, because clearly it has been paid via these larger fees. I mention this to a senior officer when I got charged for a drink for a piano player at schooner. Stop with this diming stuff, because your staff will be the ones hurt, but once again Royal doesn't care about there long standing customers. I have always chosen to pay the few a great tip that have help to make my trip awesome. I know I have had several schooner & crown vik teams have gone way beyond to make my cruise amazing, and were well paid. Of course my attendants. I am tired off paying people that really didn't have anything to do in my trip. JMO
