Funship dollar question

If I buy funship dollars prior to my sailing, will they automatically apply it to my OBC or will I have to send them in or bring them with me? Also, can they be used for anything on the ship, just like if I were putting down a cash deposit? If there is anything left in my account at the end of my cruise, will they give me cash back? TIA!

They have to treated like cash, so you will have to have them to apply them to your bill.

If you dont use all your credits, they will cut you a check.

This is true. Just list "On board Credit" where your address would normally go.

Here is what I do (I try and put something on my OBC every payday!)

You put it in where you would normally put the address:

So you choose a silly message (or you don't have to)

then your phone number

First Name - Put Name

Last Name - Put Name

Address Line 1 - PUT ON BOARD CREDIT

Addre ss Line 2 - PUT BOOKING #________

City - put City

State: put state

Zip code: put zip code

Sail DAte: Put sail date

I just called Carnival and added my Funship Dollars to me sailing.

I have never done this before and want to start BUT... we don't actually have our next cruise booked... So, how do I order the Funship Dollars, how do I then "cash" them, can they hold them for me or do they mail them to me? How much are they etc?

Any additional information you can give me would be most appreciated. I know many are going to say just put the $$$$s away until we cruise, but I am not a saver and this will be a total surprise to my husband if I can pull this off (the saving money part!!!)
