Swansea call centre?

Dear all,

Does anyone know if Marella still use the Swansea call centre? I just got through to an overseas call centre, and the chap on the phone insisted that cabins 064/067/126/127 don't exist on Spirit! Just wondered if anyone knows of any numbers which get through to Swansea or a UK call centre please.

The new call centre is in South Africa!! Surely when you were trying to book the cabin he was looking at a deck plan and I'm sure you must have mentioned that the cabins were near the staircase but did you mention the cabin no had an L after it - worth a try Not been able to get through to Swansea for almost a year now If you ring again you'll get another operator who may be more helpful and if not I would insist on speaking to a manager Good Luck

Oh that is a shame, things must have gone down hill since I booked last year's cruise :-(

I tried explaining where the cabins were etc, but he seemed pretty certain, though I can see why he was muddled as these cabins are not on the decks you would expect.

I shall try again and see if I have any more luck with another operator.
