Kudos to Tessie and the Seabourn Club

Just wanted to give credit where credit is due -- I E-mailed Tessie today about our upcoming cruise and got a response in a few hours!!! Good work Tessie.

I can't speak to the "Club", but all of my inquiries to the Seabourn office have been answered in DETAIL in only a few hours. I am beyond impressed! :)

Trust me this is a big and very pleasant change from a year ago when I E-mailed the Club three days in a row and never got a response. I complain when I get poor service but I hope I am the first to compliment good service.

Glad to know it was not a fluke and that you received equally good service. yet another reason to brag on Seabourn.

chairsin~~~I am also very happy and pleased to have Tessie in the Club office!! I'm looking forward to meeting her.

Kevin and Richard were always so nice.......but just totally swamped and did not have enough help. (my opinion) Richard Beer has gone with Silverseas and Kevin is enjoying a much deserved vacation. (we e-mail quite often) In fact, I'm visiting with him in Ft. Laud on Dec. 19th when I disembark. A few of us are meeting for lunch .......

I'll see you and Hubby at the CC Beach Hotel on Sat. I could be wearing either my longhorns/tiara OR my new lighted red velvet "devils horns!" If I have the airline problems mcboo had, there's NO tellin' what headgear I'll plop on!

When I arrive I'll look for a handsome man wearing goodlooking SHOES with his lovely bride on his arm!
