Please any advice about water sports excursions in Nassau

First time in Nassau, interested on water sports excursions. Family with young adult children.

I asked before for advise/suggestions/insights without success. Hoping there is someone able to provide us with some input this time. Thanks!

Thank you for reply. In previous board I asked if any one had experience with total water sports packages in Nassau. I didn't know if they were worth it. Thank you again
