Fifth SilverSea ship?

Hi...
I thought I saw online somewhere recently that SilverSea had a 5th ship at one time? Is this true? If so, what happened to her?

Last year, there was a report or press release about a possible fifth ship--one that would have been larger than the CLOUD/WIND but smaller than the SHADOW/WHISPER, with balconies in most or all cabins. The project hadn't been given the green light, though. It's probably waiting for the cruise market to pick up.
