Menus on Royal Caribbean

We’ll be on B2B cruises on Radiance in March and are curious if the menus are different from those on other cruises. I read on an older thread that there’s no prime rib, lobster, lamb chops and other RCI standards.

Can any recent AU and NZ cruisers confirm this and if so, what are the replacements?
