Cuba shore excursions

My husband and I are cruising to Cuba next month with RC. We are looking at shore excursions and have noticed that some prices go up as much as $30pp on their site after booking cruise. RC states that prices are subject to change. $25-$30 bucks, really! We are aware that requirements are different when cruising to Cuba. Question is, can excursions be purchased after debarking and still meet cultural requirements? Thanks for any insights.

We're doing one with Cubaoutings the first day and then one with RCI the second day. The RCI one is much more expensive! Either one will meet the requirements.

We are using oldcartours.com both days. The cost is $40CUC per hour. If you want a English speaking guide, the additional cost is $10CUC per hour. The first day is a Hemmingway tour for 3 hours. The second day is a 3 hour city tour, including Fusterlandia.
