Would I miss a day to say a Good Morning Hello?

I'm up early, early this A.M. Don't know why. But I came to the board to report in. My trusty glass of water is at my side and I'm halfway through it. The exercise bike is next, then on to my shower. Hi all.
Been SO busy w/trying to find care for elderly dad (in hospital a week now and just got pacemaker) and mom's in rehab, that I haven't been able to post much. Trying to keep w/WOE and drinking the water.
