Nick and Nora's question

We will be sailing on the Miracle July 1. I've been enjoying looking pictures of the ship online. Nick and Nora's looks like a really cool place to dine. However, my sister is a vegetarian. Are there menu items for vegetarians? Or would it be a waste?

Also -- How do you make a reservation for it? Can you do it before you go?
