Luggage post cruise before late flight?

We want to do the Pearl Harbor tour after we arrive back in Honolulu. But, if we don't book through the cruise (as a post cruise excursion), what do we do with our luggage?? If we cab it over, etc., is there a place to stow luggage? Any recommendations or experience with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

From what I understand, you can store your luggage for $5/bag at the cruise port and then pick it up.
