Typical activities on Volendam sea day?

Hello,

We have a group of 3 generations, including two kids ages 11 and 13, headed to Alaska this summer, either on the Volendam, N. Amsterdam, or Ruby Princess. I have heard that Princess offers more activities, and I've seen a Princess Patters that looked full of fun stuff. What activities are on the Volendam on a typical sea day? Anyone have an example "Patters" for HAL?

Kids on HAL have days filled with activities and usually spend every possible moment in Club HAL so you seldom see kids on board unless they are on their scavenger hunts or at dinner. For the kids, here are the typical Club Activities for Alaska:
