Rare ashank1m Posted April 16, 2018 #2 Share Posted April 16, 2018 Prory not the right forum, but if you are staying for 2-3 days, I suggest purchasing a Miami go card and rent a car. that way you can drive up 35 min to Everglade and see the place (glass plains with water everywhere.) Miami go card will have option to get a Airboat ride through portion of Everglade and other Miami attractions. If you plan right, you can do 3-4 things a day ($79 a day pass, $109 for 2 days pass). If you have not been to Miami other than Cruise port, nice Duckboat ride through South Beach streets and getting through some canal to see celebrity houses are cool (also included in Go Card). See what other options are included in Go Card: https://www.smartdestinations.com/miami-attractions-and-tours/_d_Mia-p1.html?pass=Mia_Prod_Go&allInc=true
JOM19 Posted April 4, 2019 #3 Share Posted April 4, 2019 A couple years back, our family of 4 went to Shark Valley in Everglades National Park. We rented bicycles and rode out to the observation station along side of the alligators. We saw so much wildlife and had a great day. We had rented a car and also did Biscayne Bay National Park the next day. Ended the week with a ZZ Top concert at Miami Philmore East.
angie7911922 Posted April 4, 2019 #4 Share Posted April 4, 2019 Your best bet will be to rent a car and drive to the Everglades. It's completely worth the trip!
