Better late then never. Congrats Lynn and Rose. I had a two pound gainer weekend. Couldn't resist the food and cake at the bday party and bridal shower I attendend.

I had a no-gainer as well. The problem is nothing is coming off either! I'm starting to get discouraged again. Why does our bodies have to plateau? I've only got 10-15 more lbs to lose and they are refusing to budge!
