Booked cruise canceled for 2.0 refurbs

I was wondering if anyone has had their cruise canceled for a refurbishment and if so how far in advance did they let you know? Did you get any extras to rebook on another ship? We have the victory booked for December 2013 and I see that it is scheduled for late refurbishments 2013 and there is no break in their schedule as of now. Thanks for any help. :)
