Question about 9/28/14 14-day Breakaway cruise

This cruise is 14 days Bermuda, Bahamas, Florida and the private island.

I see on the itinerary that after the 3 days in Bermuda the ship returns to NY and then leaves for the rest of the itinerary. Does anyone know the reason for the return to NY and I read somewhere that you have to disembark and then embark the ship again while in port for customs reasons?

Never taken a 14 day-- a bit confused :)

It's two cruises back to back.

So you have to get off the ship, take all ur luggage as if u were going home?

No- they (guest services) will contact you before the first 7 day cruise is over. You will need to get off the ship for a little bit then will be let back on. Your luggage can stay onboard in your room.
