Rotterdam at Hellesylt?

Anyone know why the Rotterdam is docked at Hellesylt today? It looks like passengers are not being let off, so perhaps an emergency disembarkation?

Rotterdam at a last minute had to skip Honingsvag due to bad weather, cold and storm. After 4 days at sea they are now indeed in Hellesylt. As far as I understand from a dutch Facebook page pasengers can go on shore. The weather there is lovely.
