Cabin 1526 on Jewel of the Seas, obstructed?

Ine of my relatives going on our next cruise with us booked balcony cabin 1526 but looking at the cabin next door to it (1528) it looks as 1526 has an obstruction with a big mechanism hanging from the front balcony. Is this really the case?

Cabin 1526 is indicated by arrow on this shot of Brilliance, sister ship to Jewel and typically that balcony isn't obstructed. There is a movable balcony panel cleaning platform that is usually stored at the back of the ship and that is why cabin 1598 balcony and those below it shows as obstructed on the deck plan. It may be that it was in front of cabin 1528 in the scene you viewed.
