The booking was made in January 2018 and I submitted an upgrade form on the same day ticking the box for the b2b sailing and providing the requested information for the second cruise. I contacted LCV and they informed me that they had no record for the second cruise. I have the receipt for the form submission. Is it possible for a manager at LCV to look into this for me, the reply to my email was not signed by Sandra but by one of the team.
