Dawn Restaurants

Hi everyone - new to the boards here. Going on the Dawn, August '09. I'm excited about Freestyle, but I'm still not sure about the restaurants on the Dawn. I've read that there are small "service charges" or a la carte prices at some of the restaurants, but is there someplace where I can find each restaurant, a description, and the associated cost? Also, is ther anyplace to find actual menus?

Menus: Venetian and Aqua have the same menu, and it changes daily. There are several pictures and scans of menus on the Internet, although most are not dated.

Here are more recent menus. I've been assured that, though it says Jade 2008 menus, they are nearly identical to the current Dawn menus.
