Excursion price drop refund?

Hi booked an excursion to Florence/Pisa with the ship a few months back and have noticed now there has been a price drop if you book it now, anyone know if I will get that money refunded? I emailed RC but they have not replied. It was quite a pricey excursion too..oh well you live and learn! Thanks:)

You should be able to cancel the excursion online and then rebook it. If there are multiple timeslots, make sure the time you want is still available.

Calling the Crown & Anchor number is better than emailing

I have had them notify me of a drop on excursion and they cancelled it and then I had to go and rebook at the lower price.

 

Call Crown and Anchor and it will be done immediately, don't wait for them to get back to you.
