What's open while in port - Conquest

Trying to find out what is open while the Conquest is docked in various ports. Are pools, slide etc open? What dining is available? May be spending time on board instead of on shore or just a short time off.

water slide was hit or miss. in galveston, not too much open. in the 3 ports of call, pretty much everything seemed open but the casino and shops. We got off the ship late most days in port and it seemed opened up pretty much.
