Ny deli on destiny?

What is the NY Deli I have read about in member reviews? The ship reviews on this site don't mention that dining option. :confused:

I'm assuming the Destiny is simliar to the Triumph, as they're (almost) exactly the same class of ship. The deli is in the buffet, port side, in the middle of the dining area/near the serving lines.

It's included in your cruise fare. I know they had a killer turkey sandwich and the BEST rueben EVER (it is one of the things that gets raves here on the Carnival board). Do a search here (or on webshots) for "Carnival Deli menu" and I'm sure something will pop up.

I had to tell my fiance about this, as he is from NY. can't wait to take pics of him sitting by the pool, trying to unhinge his jaw to eat that reuben sandwich! LOL!! :p

LOL! He won't have to unhinge his jaw. The reubens are NY style not NY size.

IMO, comparing a Carnival reuben to a NY deli reuben, might be a stretch...so don't get him too excited;)

They also serve a heck of a fine Pastrami sandwich and a corned beef sandwich and an Arugula sadwich that is to die for.:) It is free.

They will custom make any sandwich you want. Doesnt have to be one of the ones they show. Just becareful, I asked for 2 sandwiches and he made me a tuna sandwich:p.
