dagtoking1 Posted September 2, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 2, 2009 What is the NY Deli I have read about in member reviews? The ship reviews on this site don't mention that dining option.
MamaParrotHead Posted September 2, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 2, 2009 I'm assuming the Destiny is simliar to the Triumph, as they're (almost) exactly the same class of ship. The deli is in the buffet, port side, in the middle of the dining area/near the serving lines.
dagtoking1 Posted September 2, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted September 2, 2009 Ok, thanks! Is this a free dining option or is there an extra charge for it? Also, what do they have if you can remember?
MamaParrotHead Posted September 2, 2009 #4 Share Posted September 2, 2009 It's included in your cruise fare. I know they had a killer turkey sandwich and the BEST rueben EVER (it is one of the things that gets raves here on the Carnival board). Do a search here (or on webshots) for "Carnival Deli menu" and I'm sure something will pop up.

I had to tell my fiance about this, as he is from NY. can't wait to take pics of him sitting by the pool, trying to unhinge his jaw to eat that reuben sandwich! LOL!! :p

Socref124 Posted September 2, 2009 #9 Share Posted September 2, 2009 Ok, thanks! Is this a free dining option or is there an extra charge for it? Also, what do they have if you can remember? They also serve a heck of a fine Pastrami sandwich and a corned beef sandwich and an Arugula sadwich that is to die for.:) It is free.
