is NCL JEWEL cabin #5609 ok?

anyone stayed in this cabin...is it okay as far as an inside cabin...whats it next to on that deck--its mid ship but the last of the rooms on that deck...any info would be appreciated....THANKS

I sailed in this room on Oct. 20,2009.

 

It is the last room AFT - port side

 

It is next to the crew bar. It's noisy in the hall but not the room.

 

Above is the dining room. You will hear carts rolling about 5 AM.

 

The vibration from the engines and the backflow of the ship are loud. I needed ear plugs every night to sleep.

 

We were the last room to be serviced every morning and night. 12:30 to 1:30 and about 8:30 at night.

 

It was 1 floor up to Azura dining room and 2 flights for Tsars. It was easy to catch the elevator to the 12th floor buffet.

 

The ramp to go off was always close by and we did not need to take the elevator to get back to our rooms after a shore excursion.
