advance tickets for hydrofoil in sorrento

i will be on a cruise that stops in sorrento and would like to take the hydrofoil to capri. is there a way to purchase tickets in advance so that we don't have to stand in a long line. if so, what website? also is it possible to purchase advance tickets for the funicular? thanks for any help you can give me.

I don't know the answer to your question but we've taken the the hydrofoil several times, always purchasing the tickets when we got there. You might want to try posing this question on the "Ports of Call" board. Maybe someone there has some ideas about advance purchase. As far as the funicular goes, the line may look long when you get there, but moves rather quickly. I doubt they sell advance tickets.
