Cruise recommendation?

Hello there,

 

I want to take my wife on a cruise in April 2010. It would be our first cruise sans kids. We have been on Carnival in the past and loved it. We have done a 5 day out of New Orleans, a 7 day out of Port Canaveral, and a short cruise out of Long Beach.

 

Does anyone have a good suggestion on what would be good for an April timeframe? Also should I be looking at another cruise line?

 

All I know is Carnival...

Sure why not look at the other lines especially if you're not bringing the kids. There are some great deals out there.
