Early Saver Rate Gone

;) Ok, It's 5 months before the cruise and the early saver rates have disappeared, which I knew they would, my question is, is there any other way to watch for rate reductions before the cruise of 1/31/2010 ??

Just keep watching any of the other rates for which you qualify...if they fall below what you paid, petition for the discount/OBC!

Don't forget to get a screen shot documenting the price differential between what you paid and the going rate for the same cabin.

You can wait a week or two before the cruise !

Pack and GO !:D Watch for the drop then book,or get the credit

However you may not like the cabin selection if you chose to upgrade, it may be all the way forward or aft.

We were booked in the very front of the Freedom. And it was the only time in my life I have been seasick. It was awful. I would leave the cabin..get to the middle on the ship..the casino bar on deck 5...and then..it would stop.

I will NEVER book another cabin...in the very front..or the very back. The room was a great bargin however..it was sold as a 4G..but it had a window..partially obscured..but lots of light..and a public deck..not ten feet from the door.

At night..the motion did not bother me. We both, my DH and myself..slept wonderfully well. But in the morning..when I dressed..just waves of nausea would wash over me. It was terrible. When I would lie down..it stopped.

I posted this about 20 minutes ago to the other early saver thread going (sorry to just copy and paste but in case you didnt see it)

Different people will do it a little different. I click on shift + alt with one hand and the print screen button (which is upper case on my computer) with the other hand, all three keys at once.

Then I go to Accessories on my computer and scroll down to my paint program which is easiest for me. ..click on edit, then on the drop down I click on the word "paste" and voila ... its now in paint.

Then, click on file, then on the drop down click on "save", and on the pop up, change it to jpg format, save on the desktop where its easy to find (Im going to trash it as soon as I dont need it so desktop works for this)...and now I have a easy to find link on my desktop showing how my screen looked when I saw the price..

(some use word or other programs, I like paint which is on every computer).

the reason paint is a good program to use over word processing programs is everyone can open a jpg, but if you use a word processing program and send it to someone who doesnt have the same program on their computer, they cant open your file. Paint defaults to bmp, which is a huge file, so be sure to change to jpg so its a much smaller file to send if you need to send it. just as a courtesy.
