Splendor Burrito Bar

OK, I know that cruising is not totally for the health conscience, but does anyone know if the flour toritlla's they use at the Burrito Bar were made with Lard ?

For those in the know, the softer, and I mean real soft and tasty the tortilla, with a touch of oiley feel, are clues that they are made with lard. I know this one very popular restaurant near me has always had a reputation for excellent burritos, till I found out why. Needless to say, I won't eat there anymore....

I don't know if it is made out of lard...but it was so good and yummy...with extra sour cream...heaven.

 

It was really soft and chewy.
