I would get a Day Pass at Hedonism III in Runaway Bay- about 20 minutes from Ochos Rios or so. You won't want to leave once you arrive though- beware!! :)

We have taken several vacations there and a week isn't enough time... They have a Nude Pool, Clothing Optional Pool, and a Prude Pool, but all the fun happens at the Nude Pool with lots of fun adult games.... I believe day passes are $75 or so, but it's also all inclusive for drinks, food, fun, and many new friends.
