Speed Boat or Catamaran Snorkel Trip

We are on the Coral 3/8 and are considering either the "Catamaran Snorkel at Rendezvous Cay" or the "Thriller Speed Boat Ride to Caye Caulker". Has anyone done either of these? We are looking to do some snorkeling in Belize since it does have such a great reef - we have done snorkeling a few times but are not looking to fight currents. Also, would like to lie on a nice beach for awhile after snorkeling. Suggestions?

we took the rendevous cay snorkel, and had a great time!!! the catamaran was fun, especially on the way back!!!!! it was a tiny island, but there were mats to lye or float on, some kayaks and you could snorkel!!!! i didnt find the reef there to be spectacular, but it was nice,,,,,have fun!!! :)
