Does anyone know where I can find who will be the chef for the cooking classes on Maasdam on the voyage from Fort Lauderdale on October 23rd, 2009.

Mine, Westerdam, does not have a guest chef either. But, then again, it did not have one this past May. BUT Chef Andreas (the ship's Executive Chef) did some fantastic shows so I think I still won out on the Culunary aspect:D
