Anyone snorkeled at Great James Island & Whistling Cay?

:confused: Has anyone used the Princess excursion that goes to the south of St John to Great James Island, then for 2nd stop, to the north to Whistling Cay? How was the snorkling in these 2 very different areas of the island?

 

Trying to decide whether to rent a dinghy, or go with excursion. Don't want to waste all my energy trying to get back into the dang thing!!!!:eek:
