San Juan 4 to 11:30 pm, what is there to do?

Hi All!

 

We just had a change in itinerary, we will be in San Juan in the evening, on a Sunday. Will there be anything worth doing, what's close to the cruise terminal, are there shops nearby? Also, is it safe to be out and about in the evening?

 

I am open to suggestions:)

Do a Google search for "evening in old san juan" for some ideas.

 

It's safe to walk around.

 

On Sundays, you can find live music, Flamenco shows and other family-oriented fare.

Barrachina in OSJ for a pina colada and mofongo, a local dish made with mashed plantains.

As mentioned in other posts, it depends which port you're leaving from. From the International Pier (RCI), you'll have to take a cab.
