Snorkeling – Boca Catalina, Malmot, Arashi - Which is best?

We would like to snorkel and have our own gear. Which is best - Boca Catalina, Malmot, Arashi? Or somewhere else?

Our priorities are:

Good snorkeling

Shade

Chairs (purely optional)

Which bus would we take to get there?

Thanks so much for the help!

They are all in the same area.

Arashi is a white sand beach with no snorkeling.

There are no chairs, no rental at any of them.

There is limited shade. Arrive early.

The #10 bus will get you there.

I have maps and entry instructions here.

I honestly don't know about timing. The palapas in the area are used by folks who are staying inland at apartments and renting villas. Either way, the earlier you get there the better the snorkeling.

I have yet to see them, but there are numerous turtle sightings at Boca Catalina/Catalina Cove earlier in the a.m.

Also it should be mentioned, there are no "restroom facilities".
