H1N1 Screening

Just returned from 11 days on Silver Wind in the Black Sea and 3 days on the pre-cruise excursion to Cappadocia. At several points during the 15 days of travel (four countries), we had to complete questionnaires on H1N1 symptoms, and/or were temperature-scanned.

Silversea made it clear that we would be denied boarding if we had H1N1. The other locations were less clear. For example, upon disembarding at the end of our cruise in Istanbul, if we completed the questionnaire indicating that we had contracted H1N1, would we be required to stay on the ship? Taken off the ship to a hospital? Denied boarding at the airport to go home? Quarantined until we could be placed on an airplane back to the USA? Other?

What if we contracted H1N1 during the cruise? Would they boot us off the ship?

Fortunately, this wasn't an issue for us. I'd love to know what is the practice, both on-ship and off-ship.
