"Nearly exclusive British clientele?" What I am wondering is, will they be serving bland British food as well? :P

Well, my father was British and I do believe (and have experienced) some rather unflavorful and downright bad British food. Not saying that all British food is bad, just that the British often have a more "functional" reputation regarding cuisine, in my experience. Also, from what I have read online, this thought is shared by others who <3 fine cuisine.

Your Father's cuisine may have been substandard, but that's no reason to slam a whole nation for it, British cuisine is very competitive with Europe and I'm sorry to have to say, both are way ahead of America.
