Fly-away program

Has any one had difficulty with Carnival's fly away program. I booked our cruise with the flights included. I signed up for the electronic documents. The first time I downloaded them to PDF I had both arriving and departing with Jet Blue (no baggage fee and a noon departure). I checked back last week and I was flying back American and not until 3:30 pm. I tried to check again the last three days and it comes up that the "sea/air" is working on my flights. Any thoughts?
