Atlantis day pass or book room @ comfort suites

Is there anyone that has booked a room at comfort suites to get pass at atlantis? Im confused because when I book a room for 4 it is cheaper but then they add housekeping charge,xtra person and surcharge it comes out to be same price as getting day pass at atlantis.

We're going to Atlantis in October. I booked the Comfort Suites as we are guaranteed to get the passes. I heard Atlantis only gives out a certain number of day passes based on their capacity, so I didn't want to take a chance and miss out.

We thought about booking a room at Comfort Inn, but because we are cruising during Hurricane season...anything can happen... I don't want to be charged if we don't make it to the island. If you book it thru Atlantis/Carnival at least you would get a refund if you didn't make it to the island...
