cathyoo Posted September 16, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 16, 2009 Some folks in my group were interested in Breezes. However someone else mentioned that Domestic Beers were not included in the cost of a Breezes all inclusive. Can anyone confirm that for me? The usually have one "american domestic" such as miller lite available along with the local Kalik. With the exception of some bottled wine and champagnes, everything they have on the bar is included in the price.
Lv2Camp&Cruise Posted September 16, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 16, 2009 Miller lite was available when we were there in April.
bobsfamily Posted September 16, 2009 #4 Share Posted September 16, 2009 If beer is important remember that Breezes/Sandals are most likely the only AI's including "premium beer" - ie US beers. Beer is expensive in Bahamas... even local beer is around $48 a case.
ERICnLISA Posted September 17, 2009 #5 Share Posted September 17, 2009 I usually drink Miller Lite or LandShark but drank Kalik while we were there. I'll be drinking some more Kalik on Tuesday when we're there. Thought it was pretty good!!!

scubagirrl Posted September 17, 2009 #7 Share Posted September 17, 2009 EricNLisa, could you check out the domestics for me? These things change with what's available. Although most of the time Miller Lite is the only US beer available, Some days you might find a Bud lite or MGD instead. It depends on what comes in on the boats. What someone has this week may not be what is available when you get there. Don't forget, what you consider domestic beer is an import to the bahamas. With a steep customs tax added on.
