Bon Voyage Dept question

Hi everyone!

 

I want to say that I went to the Carnival site before asking this question and didn't find my answer...

 

If you were to order something from Bon Voyage for someone going on a cruise, how can you tell that the order has been received and/or processed? I find nothing on the website (like an OBC is listed in the paperwork) indicating that my request/order "took"...

 

Any insights you can share?

I ordered a wine/cheese basket for our Nov cruise. I got a confirmation email that the purchase went through but nothing appears on MyDocuments. So I called them to make sure my purchase would be in my cabin when we get on board.

Just give them a call. They were very nice.
