If you were to order something from Bon Voyage for someone going on a cruise, how can you tell that the order has been received and/or processed? I find nothing on the website (like an OBC is listed in the paperwork) indicating that my request/order "took"... Any insights you can share? I got a confirmation email that the purchase went through but nothing appears on MyDocuments. So I called them to make sure my purchase would be in my cabin when we get on board.
