Triumph for Honeymoon

We are debating about taking the Carnival Triumph for our honeymoon in June of 2010 from New Orleans. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice or tips.

If you like the itinerary, go for it. I have been on about 8 different ships of different sizes and have had a great time on all of them.

I have never sailed on the Triumph but I did sail on the Victory about 7 years ago and loved it. My stepson & his wife are actually sailing the Triumph for their honeymoon in October at the same time as my husband and I. I agree w/ the pp.

My wife and I had our Honeymoon on the Triumph. It was our first of many cruise experiences to come. It was a wonderful ship and a great Honeymoon that we will never forget. Just make sure to book a balcony or better room. For a honeymooning couple it can make all the difference!
