Luggage Tag Question-they don't fit?

was wondering WHERE we're supposed to put the luggage tags that are in the cruise doc package......they're longer than just the normal id info that is displayed in the luggage tag area.......do we just hold on to them?

First of all, have a great time.

 

I make copies of the tag after filling in information, cut them, laminate them and punch a hole in the end where the name is. Then I attach with a string. I did this twice and it worked fine. Or, you can wait until you get to the pier and the proters will have luggage tags for you to attach there.

You wrap them around the handle of the luggage and they attach at the ends.

 

*Wait until you're on the way to the pier or at the pier to attach them. Don't need the airline to confuse them with their tags. A porter can also attach them at the pier for you.

As for the laminating...think we'll go that route....husband will have fun doing that i'm sure....

Or, just get real tags from the porters at the pier! Easy!

If you have luggage tag's that came with your documents you don't need to laminate anything...it's only the people who get E-doc's and have to print their own that need to add any extra protection...you are good to go as they are...Enjoy!
