8:00am Breakfast in the Old Town?

I noticed that our ship has a 7:00am arrival and 4:00 departure from Cartagena (no nightlife for us :(). So I'm thinking it might be fun to just get to the Old Town early and set myself up with a coffee and pastry and watch the town come to life. But will there be some open cafes at 8:00am? Has anyone tried Mila Cafe? Would it be open this early, or do I have to try one of the hotels?

Which day of the week are you going to be there? If Sunday or a Colombian holiday (normally observed on Mondays), it might be more difficult to find a place but I am sure there will still be something open. Any other day, there will be plenty of places to choose from. Be sure to try a juice. There are so many fruits here that don't exist in the states and the juices are so cheap compared to American standards.
